- Falsify licenses, bar membership, certifications, or professional credentials.
- Publish misleading pricing or service descriptions.
- Misrepresent areas of legal practice or availability.
- Publish false testimonials or reviews.
Customers must provide truthful information regarding their identity, legal concerns, supporting documents, and booking details.
5. Legal Services
Provider Responsibilities
Independent legal professionals are solely responsible for:
- Legal advice provided.
- Professional conduct.
- Compliance with legal and ethical obligations.
- Professional licensing.
- Client communications.
- Pricing.
- Legal documents prepared.
- Representation provided.
- Compliance with applicable laws.
Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYLAW remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
6. Bookings and Payments
Fair Transactions
Users must not:
- Create fraudulent bookings.
- Use unauthorized payment methods.
- Manipulate consultation pricing.
- Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable Platform Service Fees.
- Abuse refunds or chargebacks.
- Create fake customer or provider accounts.
Legal professionals are expected to honor confirmed appointments unless cancellation is permitted under their published policies or due to exceptional circumstances.
7. Confidential Information
Privacy and Confidentiality
Users should respect the confidentiality of information shared through the Platform.
Users must not:
- Upload confidential documents that they are not authorized to share.
- Access another user’s information without permission.

Marketplace Relationship
Lawyers, law firms, legal consultants, and other legal professionals using EZZYLAW operate as independent professionals or businesses.
They are solely responsible for:
- Legal advice.
- Client representation.
- Professional conduct.
- Pricing.
- Legal documentation.
- Licenses and professional qualifications.
- Compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
EZZYLAW serves solely as a technology marketplace and does not supervise, manage, employ, or control independent legal professionals.
11. Enforcement
Violations
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Removal of listings or content.
- Suspension of bookings.
- Temporary account suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Cancellation of bookings where appropriate.
- Reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
EZZYLAW reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Platform, its users, and its partners.
